If you are fed up of feeling fuzzy headed, and that one alcoholic drink leads to another and just want to slow down or maybe stop completely, hypnotherapy can help to break that habit.


The drinking habit is learnt and stored in the subconscious part of the mind - we feel that it calms us down, rewards us after a hard day etc, but really its damaging your organs, ageing your skin, and can often leave you feeling rubbish! - that's where hypnosis comes in. 

I offer 90 minute sessions, where we work together to identify your drinking habits and how it affects you. We also work on your motivations to stop, so that we can heighten these during hypnosis by accessing the subconscious to make these changes quickly and effortlessly.

Sometimes, you don't want to stop drinking altogether because you don't drink excessively but you do drink often, and you just want to cut down, so we can work to set the boundaries that you decide to achieve this.

One session is often all that is needed.

I will use a combination of Hypnosis, NLP and CBT throughout your session to ensure your therapy is bridged from the subconscious to the conscious mind, which helps you to achieve the best possible results.​
