The mental addiction of smoking is a very major part - that's where hypnosis comes in.

I offer two different approaches to smoking cessation, so you can decide which is the best way to become free of nicotine for you. You may prefer one full-blown hit-it-hard 90 minute session, or alternatively, you may choose a block of three 60 minute sessions to quit smoking more gradually, if that's what it best for you. There is no right or wrong way, everyone's unique.

I will use a combination of Hypnosis, NLP and CBT throughout your session to ensure your therapy is bridged from the subconscious to the conscious mind, which helps you to achieve the best possible results.​
